Conditions of Hire

The Hirer hires the equipment according to the following terms and conditions:

The Hirer:

• Full Payment required on installation.
• Hereby accepts responsibility for the loss of or damage to property and injury to any person/s resulting from the use of or operation of the equipment and hereby indemnifies Castles 4 Kids Ltd against any claims which may be made against it by any person.  Loss of Castle WILL result in hirer paying replacement costs
• Hereby accepts full responsibility for the full replacement costs in the event of theft of or damage to the equipment between the time of installation and return and shall pay the same upon demand.
• Hereby accepts responsibility for the use of the equipment, ensuring:
  • The equipment is operated by and under the strict supervision of a responsible adult..
  • The fan is not left unattended in the rain, or operated in high wind conditions.
  • If the fan ceases to work, all children are to be removed as quickly as possible from the equipment.
  • The hirer does not allow any people onto or around the castle or related equipment with food, drink, jewellery or shoes on.
  • The hirer shall ensure that these terms are complied with whether they are the user or the operator of the equipment.
• Accepts that he / she is liable for all legal costs in the event of Castles 4 Kids Ltd being required to institute action for recovery of the equipment. The value of replacement of the equipment or for collection of charges, and the Hirer acknowledges that they shall be liable for interest on those amounts.
• Hirer acknowledges that Castles 4 Kids Ltd has offered the equipment in proper working order fit for use as intended by Hirer as from the time of collection of equipment.
• Agrees to follow any verbal instructions given at the time of collecting the equipment.

DO NOT under any circumstances get the castle and equipment wet.
